Let’s worship and work out together!
Metabolic conditioning describes exercises that vary from moderate to high intensity.
Metcon classes begin with a dynamic warmup. Exercise routines are intended to be completed in roughly 20-30 minutes and specifically using both cardio and strength training. We work and core and end with recovery.
Met-Con class goals are to improve both aerobic and strength. Our class involves a very high work rate while using exercises that burn more calories during and after your workout in a High-Intensity Circuit type workout.

I am an Instructor for Flex and Flow Digital Studio in Portland, OR. I teach classes in their digital studio.  Join me for their signature program HIIT & FLOW on Tuesdays at 12p PT/ 3p ET.
HIIT & Flow is an all-in-one cardio, strength, and flexibility class that gives you a highly effective workout AND recovery with a shorter time commitment to fit your busy schedule.
What to expect?
In 30 minutes, you’ll experience:
1. Dynamic yoga warmup
2. Strength & cardio using gliders for an extra challenge
3. Recovery & flexibility focused cool down.
No gliders, no problem
Gliders to challenge stability and improve mobility through dynamic movements. If you don’t have gliders, try using socks on hardwood floors, paper plates on the carpet, or modify movements to eliminate sliding.

Let’s worship and work out together! We are motivated by Bible Scriptures and Key themes each workout. Using resistance tubing or dumbbells and you can join us anywhere for this Metabolic Conditioning Class.
