Lemon Protein Mug Cake is the no sugar treat that you can enjoy!

 1 tbsp Almond Flour
 1.50 tbsp NOW FOODS Creamy Vanilla Pea Protein Powder
 12 tbsp NOWFOODS Monk Fruit Sweetener (Sweetened to preference)
 ¼ tsp Baking powder
 ¼ tsp Baking Soda
 Lemon Zest
 1 tsp Lemon Juice
 1 tbsp Bob's Mills Egg Replacer
 2 tbsp Water
 1 tbsp Dairy Free Milk
  tsp Lemon Extract (go easy)
Icing
 1 tbsp Coconut Infusions™ Non-Dairy Butter Flavor
 1 tbsp Organic Cold Non Dairy Milk (Almond, Coconut, Cashew or whatever you choose)
 1 tbsp 1 Tbsp Organic Monk Fruit Extract Powder
 ½ tsp Lemon Juice

Grease Ramekin or Coffee Mug with coconut oil or ghee
Mix all ingredients
Pour into Ramekin or Coffee Mug
Microwave for ~90 Seconds

Icing
Whisk all ingredients together until form icing and drizzle on mug cake
