It’s all about God!
In August 2015, I decided that I was sick and tired. I was eighty-five pounds overweight, a mother of three, and desperate for change. Everything began to change when I stopped scrolling and wishing when I began to live out loud and stop holding myself back.
Opportunities that I never thought could happen to me; did. I have also changed over the years inside and out. But this change had to begin with me.
I had to put in the extra credit. Do the uncomfortable things. Be the girl “being good” at the functions. It wasn’t fun or easy, but it can be done. When I lost my excuses is where I found my results. When I stopped living for convenience and started living out of purpose is when I found my motivation. Resting in comfort is a poor excuse not to honor your temple.
I fell in love with the process. As a mom of three, I went back to school got my degree in Fitness and Exercise Science and many specializations and certifications. I took my own experience, questions, and frustrations and created a program that included my discovery of prayer and devotion in the weight loss process.

Q: For what fitness level is Bible and Bootcmps available?
A: There is something for everyone within the available programs. Bible & Bootcamps are progressive in difficulty as you move through the weeks. My recommendation to start at the beginner level of each weekly workout and add on from there to gauge your progress and fitness level. There are modifications available for every exercise, and you can specifically request help from me. You have direct access to me via the app.
Building per circuit to allow strength and stamina to build– you’ll be amazed how quickly you are completing full workouts.
The mantra “progress over perfection” is LOVED within the community. Some days you will have more time, more energy, more strength to give towards your workout, and some days 1 round of each circuit is a day; well done! The beauty of the workout structure is that it’s very adaptable to the individual and their needs.
Q: Can the workouts be done in the gym or at home?
A: All workouts can be done from home or a gym setting. If machines are suggested for the exercise, there is an “alternate exercise” feature within the app that provides an at-home alternative to target the same muscle in the same way! Over 85% of app members complete all workouts from home.
Q: Can you switch plans or programs at any time?
A: YES! The entire library is at your fingertips for anytime your needs change. You can switch between the guides at any time as they are all available to you in your PLANS tab.
Q: How often do you workout?
A: Any of the 5 weekly workouts are specifically selected to accelerate fat loss and gain strength. Weekly workouts can be completed at any time that is convenient for you (and you can reschedule at your leisure), but the overview of the week is:
Monday – Legs + Glutes
Tuesday – Cardio + Core + Conditioning- Full Body, sweaty, higher intensity
Wednesday -Back + Chest Focused (optional core and optional cardio)
Thursday – Cardio + Core + Conditioning- Full Body, sweaty, higher intensity
Friday – Full Body (a favorite of many people with lots of variation, challenges, different variations of workouts, etc.)as they are all available to you in your PROGRAMS tab.
**Low & High-Intensity Cardio (optional) workouts are added besides for an extra challenge.
What equipment is required?
The FaithFueled Life app contains an entire band + bodyweight-only guide (Total Body Anywhere) perfect for travel. For other workouts, a gym will have all the required equipment, and below are the at-home recommendations:
- DUMBBELLS— I RECOMMEND A VARIETY IF POSSIBLE, RANGING FROM 5-20 LBS, BUT THE SPECIFIC AMOUNTS WILL DEPEND ON YOUR FITNESS LEVEL.
- RESISTANCE CABLES WITH HANDLES or SUPER BANDS— (SUBSTITUTE FOR CABLE MACHINE)- THE RESISTANCE ALSO DEPENDS ON FITNESS LEVEL. The SUPER Bands are very versatile as you can wrap them around anything stationary and use them during the Total Body: ANYWHERE workouts, so I recommend those! Yellow, Red, and Blue are the most resistant resistance levels and range from 5-65 lbs resistance. The discount is applied through this link!
- RESISTANCE BANDS– THESE ARE GREAT FOR UPPING THE INTENSITY OF LEG DAY, AND THIS LINK INCLUDES AN APPLIED DISCOUNT!

What is the average length of workouts?
FaithFueled Life workouts typically take around 15 minutes- 1 hour, but this will greatly vary based on the individual and fitness level. Typically, workouts average 30 minutes.
