Today’s Prayer: Praying for mutual forgiveness.
Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:32
I have been married for almost 13 years; there has been times that my husband has done something that has annoyed, upset or hurt. Despite, what the “thing” was every time I made a conscious choice to forgive him. At the end of the day two different people with two personalities and although we have been married going on 13 years it would take a lot for us to do something to each other that we wouldn’t almost immediately forgive. Now, don’t get me wrong we do know each others triggers so you would think we would avoid them, but we are humans of the flesh and still sometimes cross the line. What it ultimately comes down to is that God wants us to forgive just as he has forgiven us. As believers we are here to walk the walk of God so we must forgive too. When grace enters your marriage and unconditional love it makes it easier to move pass and through things. Today in your prayer time pray for mutual forgiveness on both you and your husbands part.
